Ready to start moving and getting your heart healthy? Our classes are designed so that EVERY PERSON, regardless of age or size, feels comfortable about working out. You won't find any complicated machines or hard-to-follow gym routines here! We use low-impact kicking and punching exercises that are easy on the knees, yet are sure to get your heart pumping. Don’t be afraid to sweat a little (or a lot)! If you’re just starting out or simply want to stay in shape, this is the class for you.

BAG WORKOUT

Want to release that stress from work in a safe, productive way? Want to burn some calories, build strength AND have fun doing it? You will enjoy working on fighting and self-defense techniques on our heavy-duty punching bags. We’ll start with the basic techniques and build up to fighting combinations that will keep your adrenaline pumping. Get ready to release your inner warrior and have some fun!

BODY SCULPTING

Most fitness experts agree: Weight training is essential to lowering body fat and keeping your bones in good health. Our class is designed to tone your body and strengthen your muscles, not to "bulk you up". Focusing on one area of the body for each class, our instructors keep a close eye on each and every participant and are ready to offer tips and explanations for each exercise. Using handheld weights, this is ideal for both the beginner and the advanced student who wants to develop a sleek, attractive physique.
