Everyone will want to join this group of children, teenagers and adults who have come together as a team to promote the discipline, respect, and honor that karate training has brought to their lives! These students are specially chosen by Sensei Pena and Ms. Merchant, training extra during the year to compete in tournaments all over the country. Team members compete throughout the year on the TCT Sport Martial Arts circuit and enjoy special team practices and social events during the competition season. Team members should be prepared to give extra time to karate training, and those students wishing to become members of “Team Dojo” should know that members are held to a higher standard.
